📝 The Full Story
It is a farm, and it is a breakfast place. One time I grabbed some cilantro from the farm and it went directly to my plate. This is the closest to farm-to-table I've seen in my life. It's a big, full farm producing a lot of vegetables, beautifully decorated, and they also have a mariposario and bees producing honey. Right now it's my number one place for breakfast in Antigua. It's a bit far from Antigua; you actually leave the city, but you can take a tuk tuk to get there. The walk is not as nice, since you're by a river or canal with not much on the way, but you will see some of the coffee farms that remain on the outskirts of Antigua Guatemala. The variety of breakfast options, as well as the lunch alternatives, is good. The only thing is that they close Monday and Tuesday, so make sure to go any other day. I forgot about it on my last visit, only to get close and realize they're closed on Tuesdays. But it makes sense: it's a place for families and groups, and it's mostly full on the weekends.
