Xiaolongbao at HK Lounge Bistro

HK Lounge Bistro: one of my top places for dumplings in San Francisco

Why go: Group late lunch, weekend breakfast

Order: Xiaolongbao

The first time I came here was for breakfast during the weekend, and that really surprised me. Really lovely place. I recommend mostly coming here for breakfast on a weekend, but it gets super crowded because the place is very small. The location is weird in SoMa, but it doesn't really matter. They just really make this place amazing.

I recently did lunch with a group to complement the experience. I ordered a bunch of the suggestions. The place was really cozy, and the service was very attentive. Despite the fact that we got there very late, they were very nice to accommodate us, to serve the dumplings and the food, and they even served us tea so we could stay a little bit longer after the meal. So, attention is at ten.

I really would give this place a five out of five. The flavors are really nice. The xiaolongbao just tastes really good, and the pork buns were super crispy and tender. And overall, the fried rice, the chow mein, and all the veggies, just really good quality. Amazing stuff. Very good for a group party for a late lunch too.

One of my top places for dumplings in San Francisco. Amazing service, amazing food, just what you're looking for.
